1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days. Express options are also available of a number of items. For larger items and furniture, delivery can take 7 - 10 working days. Delivery lead times can be found of individual items.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £49. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
4. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the mainland UK.

5. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they’re unused and in original packaging.
6. Are returns free?
Returns are free for faulty or incorrect items. For other returns, a small return postage fee may apply.

We offer instructions with each item, and some products have assembly videos online.
