Delivery Charges

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £49
    Automatically applied at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery on orders under £49: £4.95

All delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Mainland UK only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Channel Islands

  • Offshore or remote locations

This may change in the future as we expand our delivery options.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on each individual product page.

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • The product

  • The brand

  • The supplier or warehouse location

Furniture & Nursery Room Sets

  • Furniture items and room sets are shipped directly from the manufacturer

  • These items may have longer delivery lead times

  • Please refer to the relevant product page for the most accurate delivery estimate

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order products will clearly display an estimated dispatch date on the product page and at checkout

Multiple Item Orders

  • Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched and delivered separately

  • This depends on stock availability and supplier locations


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed the same or next working day

  • Processing excludes weekends and UK bank holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email or text, including tracking details where available.


Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • An incorrect delivery address

  • No access to the delivery location

The courier may:

  • Leave a calling card

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Deliver to a local collection point

If an order is returned to us following repeated failed delivery attempts, a redelivery charge may apply.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • Missing parts

  • A missing parcel

  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation email or text.

Where possible, include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly with the courier or manufacturer.


Packaging & Sustainability

Some items may be delivered in manufacturer packaging, which may display product images.
This helps reduce unnecessary packaging waste and allows us to offer competitive pricing.


Large Furniture & Room Set Deliveries

  • Delivered kerbside or ground floor only, depending on courier policy

  • Room-of-choice or installation services are not included, unless clearly stated on the product page

  • Couriers may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date


Courier Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier backlogs

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Supplier or manufacturer delays

If delays occur, we will keep you informed wherever possible.
