Free gifts are available only with qualifying products or orders as specified in the individual promotion. Eligibility requirements, including minimum spend, qualifying products, and promotional periods, will be clearly stated on the relevant product page, collection page, advertisement, or promotional material.

📦 Delivery of Your Free Gift

Where applicable, free gifts will be automatically added to your order and dispatched together where possible. In some cases, free gifts may be shipped separately.

Unless otherwise stated, only one free gift may be claimed per order, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased.

⏳ Availability

All free gift offers are subject to availability. baby2child reserves the right to substitute a free gift with an alternative item of equal or greater value where necessary.

baby2child also reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

💷 No Cash Alternative

Free gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products unless otherwise required by law.

↩️ Returns and Refunds

If a qualifying product is returned for a refund, any free gift received as part of the promotion must also be returned in a new and unused condition.

Where a free gift is not returned, baby2child reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the free gift from the refund amount.

🚚 Delivery Restrictions

Free gift promotions are available only to delivery locations serviced by baby2child and are subject to our standard delivery terms and exclusions.

🔄 Promotional Combinations

Unless otherwise stated, free gift offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, or incentives.

📋 General

baby2child reserves the right to verify eligibility for any promotion and to cancel orders where a promotion has been used incorrectly, fraudulently, or contrary to these terms and conditions.
