At baby2child, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in a resalable condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct return address

  • A return label where applicable

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided after your return request is approved.
(This helps ensure returns are processed quickly and correctly.)


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Assembled or used furniture or pushchairs

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault or damage

If a fault develops within 6 months, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
