We currently deliver to Mainland UK only.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or any offshore locations at this time.
Delivery Lead Times

Estimated delivery lead times are displayed on each product page.
These vary depending on the brand and item. -
Furniture & nursery room sets are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may have longer delivery timeframes. Please refer to the furniture product page for the most accurate estimate.

Pre-order items will clearly show an estimated dispatch date on the product page.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled and delivered separately depending on the supplier and warehouse location.
Order Processing

Orders are usually processed same day or next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email or text once your order has left the warehouse, including tracking information where available.
Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is made and fails due to incorrect address information or the courier being unable to gain access:

The courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, or deliver to a local collection point.

If the parcel is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, a redelivery charge may apply.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
We want to resolve issues quickly. Please report:

within 7 days of the delivery confirmation email or text.
Please include photos where relevant so we can resolve the issue promptly with the manufacturer or courier.
Packaging & Sustainability
Some items may arrive in manufacturer packaging, which may include product images on the box. This reduces waste and helps us provide the best prices.
Large Furniture & Room Sets

Delivered kerbside or to ground floor only (depending on courier policy).

Installation or room-of-choice delivery is not included unless clearly stated.

Courier Delays
We aim to meet all quoted delivery timeframes, but delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, severe weather, or supplier delays. We will always update you where possible.
